I can not sign on to the myCheckout in the morning. What should I do?

  • Check your network and see whether the server is connected to the POS. Click here to learn how to PING the server for connectivity
  • Check your sever date and the POS machine date. 
    • Both the server and the POS machine should have the same date and time and the date format should be DD/MM/YYYY (Date - Month - Year)

  • Check if you have permission to sign on. Contact your system administrator and see whether the admin has granted you POS sign-on permissions.
  • Check the last EOD (End of day) process is completed already for the current date. You can not sign on again if the EOD if already done for the current date.
