How to check if myCheckout is connected to the server (Network PING)?

- Please check your network connection to the server.
- For example, if the server IP is 192.168.1.1
- Open up the command prompt by clicking the Windows icon on the toolbar and locate the Command prompt or press the Ctrl + R keys together to load the Run command. If Run command is used, then type CMD in the command line and press enter.
- Type your server IP in the command line with the command PING and press enter. Example PING 192.168.1.1
- If the server is connected to the network and reachable it should show a message similar to "Reply from 192.168.1.1: bytes=32 time=1ms TTL=64"
- If the server is not readable then it should show a message similar to "Reply from 192.168.1.19: Destination host unreachable."
- If the server is not readable, please contact your network service provider and get the issue resolved.
